NRC on Air quality
Profile 2018 - 2020
Rationale
The air quality NRC will underpin the reporting by the EEA member countries of air quality data in relation to the Ambient Air Quality Directives 2008/50/EC, 2004/107/EC and the Implementing Decision 2011/805/EU. The NRC will support the further development of air quality and air pollution assessments and indicators and the identification of challenges and solutions in implementing the related legislation.
Expertise
- Policy effectiveness
- Understanding of modelling techniques
- Assessment of air quality status and trends
